Learn how to make Chicken Lollipop an popular and delicious chicken starter recipe by chef Varun Inamdar <br /> <br />Make the popular chicken starter at home, watch and learn how to make yummy and mouth watering Chicken Lollipop with The Bombay Chef Varun Inamdar only Get Curried. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />6 Chicken wings ( serves 1 lollipops dozen ) <br />Marination <br />1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste <br />Salt as required <br />1/2 tsp Black pepper <br />1 tbsp Soy sauce <br />Oil for deep frying <br />For batter <br />2 tbsp Red chilli pwd <br />1/2 cup Refined flour <br />2 tbsp Cornflour <br />Salt as required <br />1 no Whole egg <br />Water as required <br />Spring greens for garnishing <br />Aluminum foil <br />Schezwan sauce for serving <br /> <br />Method <br />- Chop the chicken winglet and separate the joints and run the knife to separte the bone and make sure to scrape the meat around the bone. <br />- Add the chicken into bowl then add soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, crushed black pepper and salt and let ti rest for 30-45 minutes <br />- In a bowl add corn flour, refined flour, chilli powder, salt, one egg and whisk it properly and add water to make thick batter <br />- Heat the oil and now dip the lollipop into the batter and drop it into the oil <br />- Fry them until they cook well and now the starter chicken lollipop is ready to be served. <br />- Cover the bones with aluminum foil and garnish with some spring greens.
